Looking at #3 my first thought was "Bieber was arrested!?!"
I hope #3 is only in jail and not prison...otherwise, it ain't gonna be pretty...or possibly it's gonna be REALLY pretty and we should start installing webcams now. :)

#3 Is a Princeton University student who was arrested for taking cell phone pics of his passed out roommate in sexual situations. He is from Australia and 20 years old.
Although many offenders my appear young, mug shots of minors not made available to the public.
